Gut Reboot: Heal from the Inside Out

  • Feeling bloated and gassy after meals

  • Constipation and/or frequent loose stools

  • Indigestion and frequent burping

  • Heartburn, nausea, and discomfort in the stomach

  • Food senstivities

  • Skin issues (eczema, acne, etc.)

Do you have any of these symptoms?

Digestive imbalances like SIBO, food sensitivities, or poor gut function can impact far more than just your stomach. They can affect your energy levels, mood, sleep, immune system, and even brain function. I know this firsthand — I experienced many of these symptoms myself and remember what it felt like to go through each day feeling tired, bloated, and foggy.

When the gut isn’t working properly, it can lead to nutrient deficiencies, chronic inflammation, and a buildup of toxins — all of which can leave you feeling unlike yourself. Supporting gut health is often a key step toward improving overall well-being and feeling good day to day.

Are you ready to get to the root of your symptoms and start feeling better?

Does any of this sound familiar?

Thyroid Recharge

  • Feeling tired no matter how much you sleep

  • Unexplained weight gain and difficulty losing belly fat

  • Dry skin, thinning hair, or brittle nails

  • Brain fog or trouble concentrating

  • Feeling down, anxious, or just not like yourself

  • Constipation or sluggish digestion

  • Feeling cold even when it is warm

Unfortunately, women are more susceptible to hypothyroidism — we often juggle so many roles and responsibilities that constant multi-tasking becomes our norm, leading to stress and burnout. I’ve been there, too — pushing through fatigue, depression, and brain fog while trying to work full-time, study, and take care of my family. It’s exhausting, and it can feel like no one truly understands what you’re going through.

What many don’t realize is that low thyroid function often doesn't come alone. It frequently goes hand in hand with autoimmunity, insulin resistance, fatty liver, iron deficiency anemia, depression, and other chronic health concerns. To truly support the thyroid, we have to look at the full picture — and that means addressing all of these interconnected systems. Only then can we begin to see real, lasting improvement.

Thriving with ADHD

Common symptoms of ADHD in children

  • Difficulty focusing or staying on task

  • Easily distracted and struggles with following instructions

  • Impulsivity or acting without thinking

  • Frequent mood swings or emotional outbursts

  • Delayed speech or communication difficulties

  • Difficulty completing tasks or organizing

  • Restlessness or constant movement

As both a clinical nutritionist and a parent of a child with ADHD, I understand the challenges that come with this journey. When my son was diagnosed, I knew I had to become an advocate for him. By diving into evidence-based research, working with naturopathic doctors, and making strategic changes to his diet and lifestyle, we began to see real progress. His speech blossomed — going from repetitive words to full sentences, his sleep improved, and we noticed fewer tantrums, better focus, and more connection through eye contact.

I now use this experience to support other families navigating ADHD. Through a root-cause, functional medicine lens, I help uncover nutritional imbalances, gut health issues, and environmental triggers that may be contributing to symptoms. Together, we create a personalized plan that includes food, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations — always tailored to the child’s unique needs and preferences. It’s not just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping kids thrive.

If you're ready to explore a supportive, hollistic approach to help your child thrive with ADHD, let’s connect.

This service is designed for anyone looking to improve their overall health, boost energy, and feel their best.
